P Square Services

A hospitality consulting and recruitment firm whose website has to prove credibility to businesses and list live vacancies to candidates — two audiences, one site.

The P Square Services website
Services and partnerships for clients, live vacancies for candidates.

The client

P Square Services works both sides of the hospitality industry in Cyprus: consulting for businesses, and recruitment for the people who staff them.

That makes their website unusual for a services firm. It has to convince a hotel owner that this is a serious partner, and simultaneously be the place a chef looking for work actually finds a job.

What they asked for

A professional presence covering what they do, who they work with, and who they are — plus job listings that change as often as recruitment does, without the office having to ask for a website update every time.

What I delivered

  • Dynamic job listings backed by Firebase, so vacancies are data rather than hard-coded pages.
  • Service offerings laid out for the business audience.
  • Trusted partnerships, which in this industry do more persuading than any copy would.
  • Team profiles, because consulting is bought from people, not from companies.
  • Multi-channel contact, meeting candidates and clients wherever they already are.
  • SEO structure across the site.

The decision that shaped it

Vacancies as data, not as pages

A recruitment firm's listings are its most perishable content. If publishing one requires a developer, the site is out of date within a fortnight and candidates stop checking it — which quietly removes the entire reason a recruitment firm has a website.

Cost: a data-driven listing section is more to build up front than a page per job, and it only pays back if the client actually uses it.

Two audiences, one hierarchy

Rather than splitting the site into a business half and a candidate half, the structure leads with credibility — services, partners, team — and keeps vacancies one clear step away. Businesses read down; candidates go straight there.

The result

Live at psquare-services.com, with the firm publishing its own vacancies.

Working with Constantinos on the PSquare project was a pleasure. His technical expertise and attention to detail brought our vision to life. The website is visually stunning, highly functional, and he delivered beyond what we expected.
